lost_in_108 prompt #48: wish. As Jin watches Danielle and Robert bicker about the sex of their unborn baby, he wishes he didn't know how things turned out.
Jin wasn’t sure the others ever understood why he did what he did. But he knew what he had to do. He couldn’t let Sun risk her life, and that of their unborn child, to come back to the island and find him.
He’d watched Danielle and Robert bickering about whether they were expecting a boy or a girl, and had felt sad for Robert because he knew what was going to happen, that Robert would never meet his daughter, just as Jin would never meet his.
It had been the right thing to do. But Jin wished things could be different, for both himself and for Robert.
