lost_in_108 prompt #78: give. Jin wishes he could have given Sun diamonds, yet the flower proves to be a more enduring symbol of their love.
The first time Jin gave Sun a flower, he’d wished he was giving her a diamond, but Sun didn’t care. He didn’t have to buy her anything. Sun didn’t need expensive jewellery to prove that he loved her.
The second time Jin gave Sun a flower, she began to believe that the man she had once loved was still there somewhere. And she began to wonder whether there could still be a way that she could escape her father’s world without losing Jin.
The third time Jin gave Sun a flower, she knew she definitely had the man she loved back, and that he’d never leave her again.
